Changes how weight and body measurements are displayed across the app (Body log, history, and AI context). Your data is always stored internally in lbs/in, so switching back and forth never alters your history.

Fitbit is the only fully wired-up provider so far โ€” real OAuth sync is still pending deployment (see below), but the manual fallback works today. The rest are designed-for slots that will light up as they're built; tapping one just confirms it's on the roadmap.
