Roughly once a week, the AI reviews your activity and proposes new achievements, quests, titles, seasonal events, or module ideas โ fully written out below. Nothing goes live until you approve it. Achievement proposals come with a real, automatic earn condition based on your actual numbers; quest/title/event/module proposals are written ideas that get noted as approved for future development (those systems don't exist yet in the app).

Local profiles let you keep separate save data on this device โ e.g. for testing or multiple people sharing a browser. No account/login is required yet; everything is stored in this browser's localStorage (a future Supabase migration is tracked in ROADMAP.md).

โ ๏ธ Calling the Anthropic API directly from a browser exposes your key to anyone inspecting network traffic. Only use a key you're comfortable having client-side, e.g. for personal local use.
Changes how weight and body measurements are displayed across the app (Body log, history, and AI context). Your data is always stored internally in lbs/in, so switching back and forth never alters your history.

Upload PDFs (training plans, meal guides, notes, etc.) โ extracted text is stored in this browser's localStorage and referenced by the AI Workout Generator and AI Meal Suggestions when relevant. Large files may not fit (localStorage has a roughly 5-10MB per-origin limit); bigger file support is planned once cloud storage lands (see ROADMAP.md).

Fitbit is the only fully wired-up provider so far โ real OAuth sync is still pending deployment (see below), but the manual fallback works today. The rest are designed-for slots that will light up as they're built; tapping one just confirms it's on the roadmap.

Until Fitbit is connected, you can enter today's values manually as a fallback. These feed the Body and Workout screens and the AI's workout/meditation recommendations.
